I haven't tried this one... will have to do that, though!

What I NORMALLY do is slice ginger and simmer some slices and a stick of cinnamon in a pan for about 20 - 30 minutes and use that to make my tea. But when ya don't have any fresh ginger laying around, this looks pretty interestin'.
