I’m a newbie with a large problem. I'm presently on a MacBook Pro but do keep my Microsoft only for PhotoImpact Pro 11 projects. The worst possible event happened the other day. PhotoImpact Pro 11, after several years of pleasing use, failed. I was having trouble when it would load, all I received was a gray screen, so I uninstalled PI and attempted to reinstall but imposable to do. After many tries I finally gave up and am now at the dreaded mercy of PhotoShop Elements on my Mac, which is in my opinion, very amateurish compared to PhotoImpact. When installing PI Pro it would get all the way to the wizard installation page than fail. Someone suggested this is PI's way of fazing out 11, is that so? Any help would be appreciated... Ray, Tampa Fl.

Hello Ray
You may find some help with uninstalling/reinstalling PI in the third topic from the top of this page (a forum of this board) http://photoimpact-international.com/forum/view_forum.php?id=11
Otherwise, I suggest you copy/paste your query to a new message in that same forum, where more people will notice it.
Good luck,
Anne
