A photo is posted and people who wish to join in are given a new number each week.
Whoever is number one follows the first photo by studying it and taking an idea from that photo as their subject for the photo they post.
For example it may be a city scene with buildings, transport, plants, colours, shapes, etc. The first person may choose to follow with a photo with a bus in it and then the next person, number 2 follows with something from the previous shot.
General Rules:
1. You are encouraged to take new photos wherever possible but sometimes that isn't practical. So, we would love to see how the theme inspired you, but if you have the perfect shot waiting in your computer just mark it ARCHIVE somewhere in the text.
2. Unless specifically requested, please refrain from critiquing other people's photos.
3. Restrict each photo to 600 pixels along its longest side and 100kb maximum per photo. (The lower the kb the more it would be appreciated.)
4. Watermarks are encouraged.

This is a local hairdresser in a small fishing town called Iluka. It's a lovely spot for a quiet holiday and a great fish. It's called Reflections Hairdressers. There are many different items decorating the front of the building like scissors, mirror and comb, animals and birds relative to the sea, a snake in a tree even a koala bear.

Great starter, Mary.  Is Iluka named for a particular dialect or just a name picked out for the shop?
I am going with the sign on the right of the photo.  Here are the girls a couple years ago on the first day of school.

Great idea to follow with Joanne. According to the net Iluka is an Aboriginal name meaning 'near the sea'. We used to have Christmas holidays for years when I was a kid.

Great starter Mary, lots of possibilities there!

Perfect follow Joanne, the girls are lovely! :)

I will follow on the trees in the backgroud, and the adorable children in the foreground. Here is a photo I took of my grandchildren last week at the park.

The park in golden light is gorgeous and so is your bench (and cat) Moni. Two more lovely links in our chain.

Great idea for a follow on Monika. It sure looks like Eliot the cat posed especially for the camera.
