The three photographs are from the Island of Lanzarote in my second trip to the Canary Islands, since then almost every year, in winter, I go a week to the Islands.
Part of the originality of the Island of Lanzarote is due to the Canarian artist Cesar Manrique Cabrera (1919-1992). He was an advance of the defense of the environmental values of the Canary Islands, sought the harmony between Art and Nature as a creative space.

1.- One of his most famous sculptures is the so-called "Fecundidad" (1968), It is a monument to the farmer of Lanzarote of 15 meters high, formed by the union of water deposits of fishing boats of different sizes and positions.

2.-You can see the structures made by the farmers of Lanzarote, to capture the humidity of the humid Atlantic winds, so they can live and germinate the vines they grow.
